El código de entrada es 973, en caso de error hay que pulsar la letra C y volver a introducir el código. La cerradura abre hacia la derecha (como si fueras a cerrar en lugar de abrir).
El código de entrada del parking es 1357. Una vez dentro hay que cerrar el portón pulsando cualquier botón de la botonera que encontrará en el poste de la derecha.
The entry code is 973, if you put a wrong code you have to push the letter “C” and then inteoduce the code another time. The lock opens to the right (as if you were going to close instead of open).

2º PASO / 2nd. STEP
Su habitación es la #4, que se encuentra en el piso de abajo. Para abrir la puerta de su habitación debe pulsar en la parte superior de la cerradura para activar el teclado. El código para acceder a su habitación es el 0004#. Si introduce erróneamente el código 3 veces, la cerradura se bloquea. Solo hay que esperar 1 minuto para que se desbloquee.

3º PASO / 3rd. STEP

Pulsar el teclado para activarlo e introducir el código enviado por Whatsapp.

La cerradura se bloquea automáticamente a los 30 segundos de su apertura y solo se puede abrir con el código. No obstante, si usted desea más seguridad, puede accionar el cerrojo subiendo la manilla y volviendo a colocarla en su posición inicial.
The door locks automatically 30 seconds after opening and can only opened with the code. However, if you require additional security, you can activate the deadbolt by raising the handle and returning it to its initial position.

La caja fuerte: El código es 1234A. Para cambiarlo, abra la puerta de la caja fuerte, retire la tapa de las pilas y pulse el botón rojo. Una vez pulsado, introduzca su código de 4 dígitos y pulse la letra B (solo se pulsa la B para introducir un nuevo código; después, deberá pulsar los números y la letra A). La caja emitirá dos pitidos; su código ya está guardado. Antes de cerrarla, confirme que se ha configurado correctamente introduciendo el nuevo código y pulsando la letra A. Si la rueda gira, su caja fuerte está configurada; de lo contrario, deberá repetir el proceso.
The safe box: The code is 1234A. If you want to change the code you have to open the door of the safe, remove the battery cover and press the red button. 4º PASO / 4th. STEP
Ya solo te queda aprovechar las instalaciones:
En la habitación tienes aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, una refrigeradora, un secador de pelo, paraguas, etc.
En la piscina encontrarás toallas para la playa o piscina dentro de la casilla que tenga el mismo número que tu habitación.
En la cocina hay agua fría/caliente en la máquina y es totalmente potable, café, té y todo lo necesario para cocinar.
Las normas básicas son:
- Horario de piscina y de ruido es de 8am a 9pm. Más tarde de las 9 pm se ruega respetar el descanso del resto de los huéspedes. Se mantendrá la luz de la cocina encendida hasta las 10 pm en caso de querer cocinar o acabar la cena, pero se ruega que no se utilice el espacio para otro fin.
- No se permite fumar en las instalaciones
- No se permite el uso de ningún equipo de amplificación musical.

- It’s not allowed to smoke inside the hotel
- It’s not allowed to use speakers at the hotel.
